You may see a vintage GM Suburban on the road from time to time, but this 1951 Plymouth Suburban Restomod would prompt anyone to do a double take. It's the result of an unusually thorough and exacting build, with lavish attention paid to even the smallest details both inside and out. Combine this with a powerful 350 ZZ4 V8, a sporty suspension featuring power steering and power 4-wheel discs, a luxurious leather interior, and a vivid Lime Green over Champagne Silver color combination that turns heads everywhere it goes, and you have an incredibly unique classic that stands out from the crowds. It's not often we see Plymouth Suburbans rumbling through our doors, and we can definitively say we've never seen one treated to a professional streetrod makeover – making this '51 one of coolest bespoke creations on the market.
You don't often see Suburbans built into streetrod/restomods, but it's on display here in top form with a uniformly smoothed body that features shaved door handles, a custom tailgate, and killer lowered stance. Getting all that sheetmetal to look this good is no easy task, and although the final finish is not without an imperfection here or there, it's very impressive in person, further punctuated by that gorgeous custom paint job. Bright Lime Green over Champagne Silver is an arresting color combination, separated by a custom pinstripe that plays the role of demarcation between the contrasting shades. The result is a wagon that demands attention, and because the paint and bodywork were done to such a top driver-quality standard with only the slightest imperfections, it backs up that LOUD attitude with off-the-charts curb appeal. From front to back, there are custom touches that make this Plymouth stand out from its brethren - a pair of bright LED headlights that loom over the chrome baleen-style front grille, the smoothed hood features bright trim that runs down the center and adds flash, and the split-windshield that's been tinted to match the rest of the car's smoked glass. These beautiful and well-placed add-ons aren't just about novelty, they blend together seamlessly for a truly impressive finish, and everything on the exterior is looking its best, including the laser-straight body lines, the exacting body gaps, and the gorgeous curves around the bulbous rear quarters. Bright chrome bumpers fore and aft add more chrome that's absolutely welcomed, as are the oversized Boyd Coddington wheels, and the swing-away tailgate was completely reworked – smoothed and shaved like the rest of the body and featuring an incorporated 3rd LED brake-light that matches the custom LED taillights below. This Mopar looks great from every angle, and with only 1535 miles on the build, it's incredibly fresh.
Pop the doors and you'll see the entire interior was completely made over from scratch and the result is simply awesome. You can see so much creativity and impressive workmanship - and there's just so much to gawk at. The front leather buckets look like they may have originally started life in a modern car, so they're plenty comfortable and the driver's seat features power adjustability and they, along with the custom center console, door cards and side paneling that runs from end-to-end, headliner, and bench seat out back have all been recovered in gorgeous tan leather and sit over an expanse of fresh carpeting. The deliciously ornate dash was completely reworked and finished to match the upholstery, with chrome accents that are continued to the door panels, a unique glove box, and a leather-wrapped billet steering wheel atop a tilt column. A full array of Dolphin digital/analog gauges were installed ahead of the driver and they keep a close eye on the upgraded engine under the hood, and a Vintage Air A/C unit was expertly incorporated and looks like it always belonged. There's plenty of welcomed functionality included as well - power windows and remote doors, auxiliary 12-volt outlets, a Kenwood AM/FM/CD/AUX head unit, and a custom center console that houses cup holders and extra storage. There'll be no shortage of passengers clamoring to ride along in this one-of-a-kind wagon, but luckily this interior offers plenty of space to accommodate them.
A crate 350 ZZ4 V8 sits inside the beautifully detailed engine compartment, dressed in some great visual add-ons that include a custom Cadillac-style air cleaner that was painted Lime Green, finned valve covers, and chromed/polished components throughout. A big Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor atop an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold feeds the powerful motor, an upgraded ignition system and modern alternator help it spark, while the block-hugging set of long-tube headers at the flanks feed into a throaty dual exhaust system below. A serpentine belt system and modern wiring/plumbing was added to up the dependability level, as well the giant aluminum radiator and electric fan up front that keep operating temperatures under control. The powerful motor teams with a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission that, like the engine itself, is in top form, and it spins heavy-duty Ford 9-inch rear end out back. In addition to its substantial list of attributes, this vintage Mopar is also a great driver in real world situations, with an upgraded suspension that includes a Heidts Mustang II set-up in the front, a triangular 4-link with coilovers in the rear, power rack-and-pinion steering, and power 4-wheel disc brakes make navigation easy and power 4-wheel disc brakes. A set of staggered Boy Coddington chrome wheels add flash and have been outfitted with 225/45/18 front and 245/45/20 rear BFGoodrich radials that complete the killer, restomod look.
This recently completed Plymouth is turn-key and ready to show-or-go, and we'd be willing to bet it will draw the biggest crowds wherever it goes. Call today!

    Terms & Conditions
We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and we're happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections (see Inspection statement below).
    FEES:
A documentation fee of 9 will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. Sale price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your individual state's taxes, transfer, or additional fees.
    AVAILABILITY:
Please inquire prior to purchase to assure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple platforms where a vehicle can sell in a moment's notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, and we reserve the right to end listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

: Note that you may hear from us after to the sale, but if you are a winning bidder, click a Buy-It-Now, or we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours.
    INSPECTION: VERY IMPORTANT
. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands we cannot address concerns post sale. For this reason, it's important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. We make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, but use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale.

    SHIPPING
: We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway and upon your schedule. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle.
    DRIVE IT HOME
: If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, buyer accepts all responsibility as we are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility.
    DOCUMENTS & VEHICLE TITLE
: All purchase documents are sent immediately upon purchase. To avoid delays, we recommend returning any required documents within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for vehicle titles. Usually titles are available sooner, we ask for the extra time in the event there are unforeseen circumstances.
    VIN VERIFICATION
: We photograph the primary VIN location of every vehicle and make sure that VIN exactly matches the vehicle's current title. Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless from any disputes arising from other hidden or secondary VINs present on the vehicle as seller only verifies the primary VIN location. If needed, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify secondary VIN locations their specific state may inspect, prior to purchase.
    MILEAGES
: Occasionally our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase. CONDITION: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe our vehicles in detail. Even so, please have a transparent conversation with us before purchasing. Do be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. Finally, be advised that although our sales associates are here to assist you with your purchase, they are not trained or certified vehicle inspectors.
