Returns
Hiltipros will accept, for return or exchange, items that are unaltered and in original condition.
For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order.
Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping
