My shipping policy:

You need to factor in it is Canada Post (who like USPS have been steadily raising their rates) and the amount is in Canadian Dollars. However, sometimes the system quotes more or local shipping is less than the flat rate. My policy is (and always has been) to refund any difference over a few dollars. You don't need to request it, I do it once I have generated the shipping label and know the actual cost. Refunds are sent back to the source of funds. Be sure I dont profit on shipping.
