We've got some absolutely terrific British World War II patches to offer this week--all of them embroidered reproductions of hard-to-find and even rare items.  All are in pairs and are in unused condition--perfect for reenactors, for displays, or as placeholders in a collection..."until the real thing comes along".
The Border Regiment was awarded the glider honour in  September 1950, and for several years wore this title--BORDER above the representation of a wartime glider, both in golden yellow embroidery on maroon felt or wool cloth.  Offered here is a very nice reproduction pair of these titles from the 1950s, both of which have a white backing which glows under UV light and show evidence of polyester thread.  The titles are 4" long and are in unused condition.

Payment is expected within seven (7) days of the auction's close.  Buyers with NY state addresses will be charged 8% state sales tax, unless a valid NY Certificate of Authority number is provided.
