. Item is in good physical condition, but we don't have a power supply for it, and the battery inside of it is dead, so we are unable to test it for functionality ourselves at our facility. There are some very light scratches and/or scuff marks on the item from normal use.
Item is being sold "AS-IS" with No Warranty and No Returns.

All items are shipped on time and a tracking number is provided via the PayPal messaging system. We do not charge for shipping and handling ourselves, but we sometimes do use "Calculated Shipping", and sometimes the calculated charge can be off, so we do issue refunds for over payments.
The pictures in our auctions are a true representation of what the buyer will receive. So if you do not see it in the pictures it is NOT included (Unless it is specifically stated in the auction).

When using PayPal we only will ship to confirmed addresses.
Payments received from unconfirmed accounts will be refunded and the item will be re-listed immediately.
Payment for “Auction” sales is expected within 2 days of auction’s end, and payment for “Buy It Now” or “Best Offer” sales is required immediately (weekend’s included). PayPal is open 24/7. If for some reason you have a problem with a payment, you will need to contact us ASAP. If there is no contact from the buyer within 2 days time of the auctions end and the item has still not been paid for, we will cancel the transaction and relist the item.
We ship all of our products on e-bay no more than 1 business day after the transaction has been paid for. We also ship all our items via USPS and UPS Ground, unless the sale is set up for “free shipping” in which case we will ship the item by our discretion.
If we have an item that we are selling “AS-IS”, it will (in most cases) not be under warranty, unless otherwise specified.
