Espana Made in Finland Vintage Classical Style Guitar - Fair Shape

Up for sale, a vintage Espana (mfg. in Finland) guitar.  This guitar sounds pretty good.  Nice and clear tone with good volume.  Looks to be built from quality wood you don't see much anymore - at least not on an inexpensive guitar.  I'm guessing it was made in the 60's based on similar offerings out there.  There are no cracks but the guitar does show finish checking all over and some small marks here and there.  There's some white paint on one side of the body.  The string height seems fairly decent but I do note that the bride is lifting a little bit and the top has some lift in the bridge area.  Should be okay to play as it sits but it may need some adjustments/repairs etc....
I don't know the history of these but it currently has steel strings fitted on the guitar - it might have been designed for nylon strings (???).
