For Sale – Parlor or Travel Guitar Cremona Luby

For Sale – Parlor or Travel Guitar Cremona Luby.
Offered is
a small Parlor Guitar (about 3/4 size). This guitar is perfect as a
small travel
guitar or to keep out and play.
My
guess is
this guitar is from the 1960’s. Cremona is the brand and Luby is a town inthe western part of the Czech Republic from what I have read.
The little
sticker inside this guitar says: Cremona Luby as well as
other information
including a model number 482. See the pictures for more detail.
I have
no clue what it means. I did some research however and “

.
Strunal, in its current corporate structure that was
established in
1992, is an outgrowth (or successor) of Cremona, a joint-stock company founded in Schönbach in
Czechoslovakia in 1922.
This guitar
is well made. It has a solid spruce top. Not sure of the rest of
the tone
woods but this thing sounds really nice. The back and sides appear to
be laminated
from what I can tell. It plays easy and is fully restored. A
new bridge
and saddle were installed. A crack near the fretboard was repaired
with a
cleat. The neck and fretboard have a unique taper past the last fret. All
the tuning
pegs were cleaned and work fine. This guitar is fun to play and it
sounds loud
for such a small size.

I don’t have a case for
it but
I will take good care to ship it safely and properly. I will include
a tuner
that requires batteries. Selling it “as is”….
