Returns
Due to the nature of the products VVITCH PLEASURES sells, returns on products cannot be accepted. (No one wants used or opened adult toys/lingerie!)
If you are sent a wrong item or there is a mistake in the order, we will gladly return and correct the order. If you find that the order has a mistake (example: wrong size sent, color, or item) please message us within a week of delivery letting us know of the problem. The item sent back must be in the original unopened, still sealed package. If the item we receive is open, it will be thrown out and a refund will not be issued.
