This was the Columbia Monthly Dealer publication, like The Voice of the Victor, and Edison Diamond Points for its two major competitors.
These dealer publications were only distributed to Victor/ Edison/ Columbia dealers and finding any issues "in the wild" is an incredible feat as the majority were read by the dealers and then tossed.
