Mount fits a standard 1.5 inch schedule 40 pipe and includes two U bolts and nuts
No need to paint - the VAWT mounting bracket is also powder coated to withstand the elements.

4-1/4 inches wide by 6-1/4 inches long
Bolt Holes are 2-5/16 inch on center
3/8 inch thick steel
