    The elegance of this Victorian bangle bracelet,
    с. 1870, lies in the intimate, coiled-up shape which snakes form when at rest. The pearl and neo-rococo embellishments accent the gracious and tranquil character of a snake while the dark red garnet contrasts to show its true strength and wisdom. The eyes of the snake are set with cabochon cut rubies.
    The bracelet is handcrafted in greenish yellow 14K gold. The red garnet measures 13.2 x 7.17 x 4.20 mm, approximately 3.10 ct.
