VINTAGE 1980s RANDOTTI LAUGHING SKULL # 847 RANDOTTI GLOWS IN THE DARK A BIT HTF

Hello up for sale is this awesome Randotti Skull.  It does glow in the darks slightly, but not a ton(needs light exposure before hand also).  It also has a tiny chip/flea bit on bottom.  See photos 2/3 as well for possible condition issues....however I'm fairly certain those are just how it was made.
