I ASSUME THIS OPERATES BUT MY INSURANCE MAN WOULD DROP ME IF I PLUGGED THIS IN IN MY SHOP!!. THIS IS AN ANTIQUE, IT APPEARS COMPLETE, CORDS AND COILS AND LEADS IN GOOD SHAPE, CASE IS ROUGH BUT THERE. EVEN WHEN IT WAS NEW (40'S OR 50'S) IT PROBABLY WAS "MAGIC" IF YOU COULD ACTUALLY WELD WITH IT!!. SUPPOSEDLY YOU CAN BRAZE OR SOLDER WITH IT TOO. ALL THAT BEING SAID IT IS AN ANTIQUE COLLECTIBLE AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH.
