Vintage plumbers torch steam accessory

Description

I got this from an old plumber about 15 years ago. He said when his dad who was a plumber would use it.  This kettle would be 1/2 filled with water and put on the plumbers lead pot furnace. Once the  weighted Saftey valve lifted they would thaw out frozen pipes. There was a rubber hose attached to the valve
