    Description

    Unknown year made. selling as is. needs luthier repair as seen in pics. will send more to email address if requested. handmade WM. C STAHL, related to Larson bros.. instruments. "Milwaukee, Wisconsin." Swedish Family of instrument makers living in United States. Neck is straight and seated properly, very strong. Original frets in excellent condition. rear of guitar was painted. underneath can be seen beautiful green binding and beautiful wood. binding was repaired poorly, and bridge needs replacement. missing nut. finish is removed in bottom corner. tuners removed. scratches seen in pics.  very old, original finish. except back is painted over, but looks like can be removed, to uncover original finish on back, and looks like short cracks near base of back. selling "as is." please be certain you are happy with condition before bidding, I will send more pictures upon request. Thank You. these were made from 1907- 1930. I have no way of dating. likely 100 years old or close to it. personally I would have top removed, sanded, and refinished. leaving sides and neck alone, except for patching up dents and scratches on back of neck. I don't know that sanding will eliminate "all" wear and scratches on top though.  15" wide at bout.
    This guitar is currently being made playable, with a bridge, tuners, strings.  all other issues including finish are same as picures. work being done by "Charlie Hoffman" of arrowhead music. ex Gibson employee, "repair dept." for 15 years. since 1970s.          waiting for guitar to be completed.
